Sample Order

In general, we don’t provide free samples. We could offer a free sample for some products for first time evaluation. However, a handling charge (15USD each sample), freight charges and probable custom fees will be paid by the customers. We reserve the right to refuse the free sample requirements for some products.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. Discounts are available for large/bulk purchases and distributors upon request. Please inquire for a quotation. Products and prices are correct at date of printing, but are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped by overnight air service with full value declared unless otherwise requested by customers. All freight charges are sent collect. All shipments are F.O.B. Origin, EXW and it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide for insurance coverage. Most of the products are shipped under refrigeration (ice bag) and the customer will be charged 20 USD per carton. Other handling charges will be added for customers’ special shipping requirements.

Terms and Condition

Pre-payment is required for customers without an approved account in MaxMed Laboratories. In general, all customers out of US are required fully pre-payments. Please ask us for an Application Form and fax back the filled form to open your new account. Payment is due net 30 days from the date of invoice for customers with credit reference approval, unless prior arrangement has been made.

All checks returned for insufficient fund are subject to a 25 USD fee.

Payment can be wired directly to our bank. Please contact us for current wiring instructions. A 25 USD (45 USD fo international customers) bank service charge(s) will be added to your account for each transfer.

For international customers, a 13 USD export fee per shipment will be charged for any item that the custom value is more than 2,500 USD. 

Late Penalty

A Finance charge of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, will be charged to past due accounts.

Warranty and Return Policy

We make no warranty of any kind expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Data provided in the product list and our Certificate of Analysis (COA) is only a guideline on how the product may perform in your system. Since every immunodiagnostic system is dependent on many other reagents and conditions, we have no control and it is impossible to predict with any accuracy how our product will react with your system. We encourage you to ask for a sample for evaluation before placing a purchase order.

No items are returnable/refundable. Only unopened item may be returned and we must be noticed within 15 days of your recipient of the product. No return will be accepted after 30 days of shipment. If a return (RMA) is approved, all shipping costs and at least 25% of invoice(s) amounts for handling and restocking will be charged.

Product Safety

All products are for research use or further manufacture only and should not be used for humans, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. They are also intended for use by professionals who will handle the products and their disposal with all due safety precautions. In no event shall MaxMed Labs. Inc. accept responsibility for loss of profits or indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of the products.
